Millard, 66, a former Orange County Superior Court judge, guilty of drunk driving, which caused bodily injury to William Payne, a charge that carries a three-year prison sentence. The Alliance for Children Concerned About Move-Aways (ACCAMA) was organized on July 11, 2004 for the purpose of defeating SB 730, which would have abrogated the California Supreme Courtís decision in In re Marriage of LaMusga (2004).
